  Protein A is a cell wall protein from Staphylococcus aureus.The Fc fragment can be specifically combined with mammalian IgG, and the gene of PROTEIN A is cloned by genetic engineering method. It is fermented and expressed by Escherichia coli, and the PROTEIN A is seperated and purified. No animal-derived components during fermentation and purification

  Protein A Best Aogarose is an affinity media developed by protein A crosslinked to an optimized rigid matrix Best Aogarose with epoxy chemistry. Highly cross-linked agarose matrix enables high loading capacity at low back pressure. The recombinant protein A ligand is designed for purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies.
