Affinity Chromatography Resin Selective Adsorption Plasmid Best Aogarose HP
Plasmid Best Aogarose HP has the structure of selective adsorption closed-loop superhelix. t is a new generation of agarose media with high strength, velocity and large pore, which has the same particle size with Plasmid Bestaresin Mustang (34μm), but different velosity. Its max linear velosity can reach 500cm/h, while Plasmid Aogarose HP is 150cm/h.
As a kind of sulphur adsorption media, it is made by 2-mercapto pyridine coupling to the Best Aogarose HP matrix. Pro sulphur adsorption is caused by hydrous salt. The interaction between ligands and superhelix is achieved by electron transfer between each other, also known as a mixture of hydrophilic-hydrophobic intercation.
It is suitable for super helix of selective adsorption closed loop.
