Supersaodex 75 pg grade (code: HG90008) is a preparative size exclusion chromatography resin with a composite matrix of dextran and agarose. it is gel filtration media whose dextran chains covalently bound to the highly cross-linked agarose. Supersindex has both high selectivity of dextran and rigid mechanical strength of high crosslinked agarose.
High-resolution media, fast flow speed, low anti-pressure. Applied to the fine separation stage of purification process. Easy to enlarge. Repeatability and well tolerance.
