Cross-linked dextran Gel Filtration Chromatography Resin Aodex G 50 medium
Aodex is a gel filtration resin prepared by crosslinking dextran. Different types of Aodex differ in their degree of cross-linking. Depending on the degree of cross-linked and pore size, classic dextran media has various separation range and particle size for choice. It has total five different G-types ranging from G-10 for small molecules to G-75 for larger molecules.
Aodex G-50 gel filtration resin is the first choice for sample desalting and buffer exchange with high yield, good repeatability. It is a well-established gel filtration resin for for desalting and buffer exchange in industrial applications.
Aodex G - 50 medium (code: HG90016) is one of 4 different particle sizes (Coarse, Medium, Fine & Superfine). Superfine has the smallest bead size for higher efficiency fractionation with shorter diffusion distances. Coarse and medium are preferred for large scale group separations where high flow rates and low operating pressures are required.
