Gel Filtration Chromatography Resin cross-linked dextran Aodex G 25 coarse
Aodex G - 25 coarse (code: HG90012) is a well-established gel filtration resin for for desalting and buffer exchange in industrial applications.
Aodex G-25 is available in 4 different particle sizes (Coarse, Medium, Fine & Superfine) and Superfine has the smallest bead size for higher efficiency fractionation with shorter diffusion distances. Coarse and resin are are preferred for large scale group separations where high flow rates and low operating pressures are required.
Aodex is a gel filtration resin prepared by crosslinking dextran. Different types of Aodex differ in their degree of cross-linking. Depending on the degree of cross-linked and pore size, classic dextran media has various separation range and particle size for choice. It has total five different G-types ranging from G-10 for small molecules to G-75 for larger molecules.
