Aodex is a gel filtration resin prepared by crosslinking dextran. Different types of Sindex differ in their degree of cross-linking. Depending on the degree of cross-linked and pore size, classic dextran media has various separation range and particle size for choice.It has total five different G-types ranging from G-10 for small molecules to G-75 for larger molecules.

 

  Aodex G - 15  (code: HG90011) is a well-established gel filtration resin for desalting and buffer exchange of peptides and small biomolecules >1 500 molecular weight. It can remove efficiently of contaminants such as salts, dyes, and radioactive labels.
