Affinity Chromatography Resin HIS-Tag purfication Ni Aogarose 6FF

 

Ni Aogarose 6FF is a kind of immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography resin. The sample is seperated by the interaction between chelated transition metal ions and side-chains of certain amino acids (mainly histidine) on proteins. In general, Ni2+ is the preferred metal ion for purification of histidine-tagged proteins. Ni Aogarose 6FF has low Ni2+ leakage,high protein binding capacity and is compatible with a wide range of additives used in protein purification. Its high flow properties make it excellent for large-scale purification of His tag protein (recombinant protein).

 

  • In process scale applications: This resin is used to purify histidine-tagged (his-tagged) and untagged recombinant proteins even at large scales.
  • In research scale applications: This resin binds 40 mg his-tag protein/mL resin and is suitable for use in batch mode, with gravity flow, or when scalability is needed.
  • Meets industrial demands with security of supply, robust performance, and regulatory support.
  • Available as bulk resin and as prepacked columns for use with manual methods or a chromatography system.
