Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography Resin Aliphatic hydrophobic Butyl Aogarose 4FF
Butyl Aogarose 4FF is a kind of aliphatic hydrophobicity resin. The purpose of separation is achieved through the interaction between target substance and hydrophobic ligand. The sample is bound to ligand at high ionic strength and is eluted with the decrease of ionic strength. The hydrophobicity strength of different molecules bound to ligand is different, so the order of elution is different.
Butyl Singarose 4FF is stable to commonly used aqueous buffers, 1mM HCl,1.0M NaOH, 30% isopropanol, 70% ethanol, 6M guanidine hydrochloride.
Butyl Singarose 4FF is widely used in different stages of downstream purification of biomolecules containing aliphatic ligands.
